Experience with ticketing systems like Remedy, HP Quality Center, JIRA, etc.
Good documentation and analytical skills
Able to work with developers to explain security vulnerabilities and provide high level fix recommendations for the same.
Self-starter – able to work with minimum supervision once given direction
