Behavioral Specialist KMA

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm, 4 days per week, 32 hours a week, eligible for full time benefits
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-informed care)
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including primary care providers and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Michigan (required)
• 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with adult populations
• Demonstrated experience applying evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a rural setting
• Comfort working with a broad range of clinical presentations, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and substance use and adjustment disorders
