- Shift: 6pm - 6:30am
- 36 hours per week

Essential functions of the position:
- The Charge Nurse, under the immediate supervision of the Service Line Director of Nursing, renders professional nursing care to the residents within the facility, in support of Medicare/Medicaid as directed by medical staff, and pursuant to objectives and policies of the facility, directs other personnel in resident care, and serves as a member of the healthcare team in accordance with facility policies. The nurse has an understanding/implements the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) regulations, principles of Eden Alternative, and Relationship Based Care.
- Implements measures to promote a safe environment for residents and others.
- Respects the residents’ rights to privacy by protecting confidential information unless required or allowed by law to disclose the information.
- Promoted and participates in education and counseling to a resident and, where applicable, the family/significant others based on health needs.
- Make a reasonable effort to obtain orientation/training for competency when encountering new equipment and technology or unfamiliar care situations.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed RN or LPN through the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification required.
