Pool Nurse Fellowship

A 12-month transformative experience aimed at providing individualized support and education for newer nurses during their first year of nursing licensure. In this position, nurses will be cross trained in multiple departments to build and enhance fundamental nursing skills and able to apply and accept an open nursing position at KMHC.

• Must be graduating or have graduated within 6 months from an accredited School of Nursing
• BSN preferred or ADN with interest in pursuing BSN will be considered
• Must hold and maintain BLS Certification
• Must exhibit a high level of human relations skills and communication skills.
• Temporary position for only 12 months.
