Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Experience

• 3-5 years customer experience preferred; relevant customer service experience, or equivalent education and experience of banking and customer service policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new financial software quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
