Act as a point of contact for Clients and Investors as it relates to transfer agency matters.
Responsible for processing investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for your client’s book.
Review of due diligence documents and liaise with investors/clients for missing KYC and work in conjunction with our KYC team on your client book at investment stage.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.
Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline.
Maintain of shareholder files and investor records.
Be Client focused and strive to provide excellence in the service to Investors, internal and external Clients.
Should have a good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks by utilizing effective time management skills.
Qualifications Required:
Experience in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration operations role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a truly client servicing mindset.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork Committed to self-improvement.
Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under high pressure.
Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines.
Proficient with suite of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
Fluent in English, fluency in any other language would be advantageous.
