The Opportunity:

Our National Fleet team have an opportunity for a qualified welder to join their day shift team based in Mt Gambier.

Working within a long servicing, well run team, you will contribute to the maintenance and reliability across the K&S Group’s National fleet.

Reporting to the leading hand & workshop manager, you will work on a variety of projects and have exposure to the diversity of our divisions within the K&S Group.

Whether it be general repairs or custom-building transport solutions for our customers goods, you will enjoy a large variety of experiences within a supportive team of professionals.

What you’ll bring:

You will be an experienced welder and able to perform MIG and Arc welding along with some TIG

Your strong desire to follow safety processes and procedures is a core requirement for this established and well-run team and you will be rewarded with support and training to ensure your success.

You will have:

Trade Qualification in Welding

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to complete work accurately

Strong MIG, TIG and arc welding skills

A high level of safety awareness to ensure jobs are completed to requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to get along with all members in a team
