Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager

1.    Monitor on-time delivery of orders placed.

2.    Ensuring Monthly & Weekly sales plan is achieved.

3.    Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.

4.    Conduct Project Kick-off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders

5.    Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.

6.    Monitoring and ensuring order status is sent to all major customers periodically.

7.    Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are dispatched to clients and dealers on time.

8.    Ensuring the Non-moving stock is diverted to possible customers.

9.    Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.

10. Monitoring submission of final technical documents.

11. Visiting Major customers periodically/conducting meetings periodically for Seamless execution of

all major orders.

12. Prepare necessary MIS reports.

Requirement profile:

Formal education                     :  DME / BE(Mech)

Professional experience

(in years)                      :   10 – 14 years / 8 – 10 years
