- Work with cross-functional teams in defining the IT approach for meeting the requirements and coordinating the overall IT architecture response.
- Provide leadership in implementing standardization and automation in IT operations
- Review specifications, algorithms, designs and code
- Contribute development efforts to key software components and support in remediation of risks
- Serve/function as technical resource for departmental and company wide IT solutions
- Advise and assist the customer in the efforts to execute the architecture development and oversight in day to day functions
- 10+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 5+ years of experience
- Strong background in architecture, systems integration and solution on proposals and programs
- Professionalism and ability to use diplomacy in working relationships to deal with conflict and to arbitrate solutions successfully.
- Strong technical background with ability to continually evaluates the needs of new and emerging efforts
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of IT service lifecycle and ITIL
- Working knowledge of best practices in IT security
- Solid knowledge of software engineering, application framework, OS kernel, Object-oriented methodology and software testing
