5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America honoree.</div><div><br></div><div>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Manager, AI Implementation</strong> based in the <strong>Greater Boston area</strong> to join one of our US-based clients through a <strong>contract-to-hire engagement</strong>.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>About the role</strong></div><div>The Senior Manager, AI Implementation will serve as the bridge between the client's AI strategy and the day-to-day operations of multiple business units.

This person will work closely with executive stakeholders to identify, prioritize, implement, and scale AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.</div><div>The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, change management experience, and hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsabilities</strong></div><ul><li>Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across the organization.</li><li>Translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives, implementation plans, and adoption roadmaps.</li><li>Drive AI adoption, change management, and value realization efforts.</li><li>Work hands-on with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, agents, dashboards, and prototypes to validate use cases and accelerate implementation.</li><li>Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.</li><li>Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to measure AI program success.</li><li>Support governance, scaling, and operationalization of AI solutions across the organization.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement and transformation initiatives.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>8+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, management consulting, operations improvement, business transformation, or related leadership roles.</li><li>Proven experience leading or supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.</li><li>Experience implementing, governing, scaling, or operationalizing AI solutions in a corporate setting.</li><li>Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.</li><li>Hands-on mindset with the ability to prototype, test, and validate solutions.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><div><strong>Nice to have</strong></div><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Copilot and GenAI adoption initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation, and business process optimization.</li><li>Background working with manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or operationally focused organizations.</li><li>Consulting experience with enterprise clients.</li></ul><div><strong>What we offer</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Greater Boston area (hybrid/on-site as required by the client)</li><li><strong>Type:</strong> Contract-to-Hire</li><li>Long-term opportunity</li><li>Direct collaboration with executive leadership</li><li>Opportunity to lead and scale enterprise AI initiatives with measurable business impact</li></ul><div>If you are passionate about helping organizations unlock the value of AI and enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and change management, we'd love to hear from you.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Please, no agencies or C2C.</strong></div>
