This general application is for field-based and operations-focused roles supporting our restoration and reconstruction work. Field and Operations roles at Kustom are hands-on, fast-moving, and impactful. You are not on the sidelines. You are in the work, helping move projects forward and supporting customers during some of their most stressful moments. You show up prepared, adapt when conditions change, and take ownership of outcomes. You balance urgency with quality, knowing both matter when restoring homes and businesses. While specific responsibilities vary based on role, experience level, and project needs, you succeed here because you demonstrate your understanding of how your role fits into the bigger picture by: 

• Responding to emergency and scheduled restoration projects
• Performing mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, or contents work
• Operating and maintaining equipment, tools, and job sites
