This position supports financial decision-making by maintaining organized accounts, preparing tax declarations, and assisting in monthly and yearly closings.

also involves liaising with relevant authorities, managing AR-related documents, and handling ad-hoc</p><h4>How You Can Contribute</h4><ul><li>Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are posting</li><li>Invoices/ receipts: Print, store hard copy & upload soft copy to Drive</li><li>Update accounts payable/ receivable and performs reconciliations</li><li>Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements</li><li>Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings</li><li>Prepare VAS financial statement reports, Company income tax, PIT finalization</li><li>Declaration report, monthly VAT & PIT report</li><li>Check PIT, VAT, WHT reports to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application</li><li>Prepare draft sales contract and other relevant documents related to AR activities</li><li>Provide tax planning services with reference to current legislation</li><li>Be responsible for all reporting related to finance/accounting to relevant authorities and parent company</li><li>Involve in ad-hoc accounting /admin assignments as and when required.</li><li>Other Ad hoc works as requested by management.</li></ul><h4><strong>What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution</strong></h4><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accountant roles</li><li>Familiar with Vietnamese tax and regulation</li><li>Able to use English well in both written & communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively</li><li>Demonstrated proactive approach to financial management and problem-solving</li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle ad hoc tasks efficiently.</li></ul>
