Delivery Excellence & Execution Outcome-Driven Project Leadership:</strong></div><ul><li>Own the definition and management of key project milestones and timelines, ensuring successful, on-time delivery while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.</li><li>Risk & Change Mastery: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles.</li><li>Lead the process for managing and prioritizing change requests, minimizing scope creep while maximizing business value.</li><li>Quality & Process Governance: Establish and monitor performance dashboards and quality indicators.

Product & Backlog Ownership Requirements Translation: </strong></div><ul><li>Lead collaborative sessions to accurately capture complex business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans.</li><li>Backlog & Value Priority: Take decisive ownership of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with critical business objectives.</li><li>Team Empowerment: Work closely with the Development Teams, participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning and review) to provide clear guidance, remove blockers, and ensure the team is fully prepared for smooth, high-quality execution. </li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What Defines Our Global Delivery Leader</strong></div><ul><li>We are looking for a Game-Changing Archer — a highly disciplined, outcome-focused professional—ready to excel in our multi-national environment. </li><li>5+ years of demonstrable success in a hybrid Project Manager or Product Manager role.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge in E-commerce and Customer Experience (CX).
