Role in a nutshell:
- Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for a Junior Risk Manager to join, on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care;
- Suggest improvements to procedures and systems in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care;
- Investigate financial irregularities on accounts;
- Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud;
- Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis
Qualifications:
- Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach;
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively deliver feedback;
- Self-motivation;
- Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment;
- Proven aptitude for working in a team, as well as guiding and influencing others;
