Paid Sick Leave- All employees accumulate paid sick leave (“PSL”) at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours in a year. In Denver, the base wage is $18.81/hour. Outside of Denver in the state of Colorado, the base wage is $14.81/hour. With tip pool distribution, the average hourly earnings for this role range from $20.00 – $32.00/hour. Compensation Disclaimer: Tip pool distribution is based on hours worked, role, and total tips earned each day. Actual earnings may vary outside of the listed range.
