About Lake Wildwood Association
Lake Wildwood is an active, gated community located about one hour northeast of Sacramento in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County. The welcoming Northern California golf community features an 18-hole championship golf course meandering through neighborhoods and homesites. The Clubhouse is home to The Oaks, our on-site restaurant.
About the role
Pay Range $19 - $21/Hr DOE

What you'll do
a. Stock and maintain adequate levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service.
b. Prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
c. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
d. Ensure only high-quality food is served to members and guests.
e. Apply FIFO (First in, First out) inventory practices daily.
f. Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, including all cooking and refrigeration equipment.
g. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
h. Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to management.
i. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
a. 3 - 5 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
b. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
c. Knowledgeable in health and sanitation guidelines, including HAACP compliance.
d. Current ServSafe Certification or Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Card
e. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
