This is a career-development opportunity to learn the commercial truck lease and rental business from the ground up. You will start by working directly with customers at our Milwaukee rental counter – handling rental transactions, solving customer problems, following up on opportunities, and learning our business hands-on. As you develop, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for prospecting, business development, customer relationships, and outside sales.

- Work directly with customers in person and via phone or email to coordinate truck rentals.
- Build relationships through strong communication and follow-up.
- Identify rental, lease, and other sales opportunities.
- Learn about our customers, equipment, and the commercial transportation business.
- Assist with prospecting and new business development.
- Work alongside experienced sales, operations, and administrative professionals.
- Take ownership of additional customer and sales opportunities as your skills develop.
- Support planning and coordination of customer and industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree or equivalent demonstrated achievement preferred.
- Ability to learn and effectively use business and customer-management systems.
- Previous sales, customer service, rental, or transportation experience is helpful but not required.
