This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will play a critical part in our customers’ homeownership journey and contribute directly to the success of our operations.
Daily Overview:
Provide end-to-end financial advisory support for customers seeking KPR and other home financing solutions
Analyze customer financial profiles (income, liabilities, affordability) to recommend optimal financing structures
Prepare and present financing proposals, comparisons, and pitch decks for customers and partners
Act as a key point of contact during the financing process, coordinating with banks, underwriters, and internal teams
Support sales teams by ensuring financing readiness and smooth loan processing
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and outcomes in CRM systems and tracking tools
Ensure all activities comply with current mortgage policies, consumer lending regulations, and internal guidelines
Sales, Client Acquisition and Account Management experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and lending policies
Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to home financing
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to manage a high volume of client inquiries while providing clear, accurate financing guidance
