Job Responsibilities & Duties
General groundskeeping maintenance for properties including:
- Lawn care such as mowing, edging, weeding and fertilizing
- Plantings and flower installation
- Property maintenance such as leaf blowing, tree pruning and shrub trimming
- Prepare work trucks daily with crew
- Coordinate and drive crews along maintenance route (Field Managers)
- Communicate with the client for excellent customer experience (Field Managers)
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 lbs and leverage up to 80 pounds of walk-behind mowers
- Safely operate landscaping equipment
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Valid US Driver's License & clean driving record (Crew Leaders & Field Managers only)
