Position Summary The Territory Business Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering technical agronomic expertise within an assigned territory. This role works closely with distributors, retail partners, field sales agronomists and growers to increase adoption of crop nutrition, biological, and plant health technologies. The Territory Business Manager serves as both a strategic sales leader and trusted agronomic advisor by developing territory growth plans, providing technical training, and creating demand through consultative selling. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
