With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate VO Producer to join the team on a 12 month contract and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Operating an in-house scheduling system to coordinate VO and Mocap bookings with a large cast and crew across multiple internal recording studios.
- Penciling and confirming sessions, preparing scripts, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising contracts with the legal department.
- Build and develop positive external relationships with talent agencies and freelance suppliers.
- Collaborate with the casting team, prepare audition materials, collate feedback, maintain casting database, offer contracting and actor onboarding.
- Reviewing scripts and coordinating session prep materials for directors and studio crew.
- Learn the technical VO pipeline to understand the flow of recording assets and assist in troubleshooting any post-session issues.
Requirements
- Production experience in a VO, mocap, film / TV or post-production environment.
- Experience with scheduling and project management software and the ability to quickly identify capacity problems and propose scheduling solutions.
- The role will have a lot of external communication so excellent written and spoken skills are required.
- Confident working in spreadsheets and enthusiasm to learn new software and production tools
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle documentation as needed.
Nice to haves
- Video / audio editing (e.g for preparing casting clips or video reference materials)
- Experience in casting and actor contracting
- Experience in asset management and post-production pipelines
- Experience working with budgets and cost tracking
