Want a job where the views are amazing, the team is awesome, and every day is different? The Retreat on Charleston Peak is looking for a busser/server assistant who’s energetic, friendly, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero of the restaurant—keeping tables clean and reset, helping food get out fast, refilling drinks, and making sure our guests have everything they need. You’ll work closely with our servers and kitchen team to keep the vibe smooth and fun.

Perched at 6,700 feet in Kyle Canyon, just 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, The Retreat is a mountain escape with gourmet dining, a bar with games and TVs, hiking trails, and event spaces for weddings and celebrations.
