At The Retreat on Charleston Peak, located at 6,700 feet in beautiful Kyle Canyon, you’ll enjoy cooler temperatures, scenic views, and a relaxed work environment just 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Host/Hostess to join our team at the Canyon Restaurant and help create a welcoming first impression for our guests.
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and answer phone inquiries
Ensure tables are properly set with glassware, water, and menus
Assist with clearing and resetting tables for incoming guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
Learn the menu and daily specials to help answer guest questions
Work collaboratively with servers and restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest service
Friendly personality and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
Strong organization and time management skills
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Cooler mountain weather year-round
Beautiful natural setting in the Spring Mountains
Less traffic compared to commuting across the Las Vegas valley
