Schedule:
Full-time, Weekends; Weekdays, 8 Hour Shifts What You’ll Do Provide evaluation and treatment for adult/geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, dietary and medical staff to deliver coordinated, holistic care Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each resident’s goals and abilities Maintain accurate documentation with adequate time built into your schedule Participate in care planning meetings and family education as needed
