Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly driven, passionate, dynamic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our retail customers to understand and resolve issues, optimize their experience, and accurately enter large, detailed orders received by phone and email.

This is not a call center position. You will build relationships with our retail customers and become an important part of helping their businesses succeed. Candidates with receptionist, office assistant, administrative, or customer service experience may be especially well suited for this role.

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site position
• Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• No weekends
• $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of previous experience in customer service, account management, office administration, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Organized, goal-oriented team player
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer questions and issues simultaneously
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong and consistent work history
