The Junior SEO & AI Search (AEO) Executive
is responsible for supporting LATRO’s organic growth by improving visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered answer engines, through hands-on SEO execution and structured content optimization.

The Junior SEO & AI Search (AEO) Executive reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to align SEO and AEO activities with business and commercial objectives.

The Junior SEO & AI Search (AEO) Executive is based in Amman, Jordan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Execution

• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis aligned with LATRO’s solutions and industries
• Optimize website pages, blog content, and landing pages (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure)
• Identify and support resolution of technical SEO issues (indexing, crawl errors, performance, site structure)
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights

Content Optimization

• Support development and optimization of high-value, SEO-driven content aligned with target buyer personas
• Maintain keyword-to-content mapping and ensure alignment with product messaging and campaigns
• Refresh and optimize existing content to improve performance and relevance

AEO / AI Search Optimization

• Support LATRO’s Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives and experimentation
• Develop and structure content to directly answer user queries and align with question-based search behavior
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI summaries, and zero-click search results
• Contribute to building content frameworks that improve discoverability in AI-driven search platforms

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

• Track and report on SEO and AEO performance metrics
• Analyze competitor activity and identify content and search opportunities
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate industry insights into search-driven content opportunities
• Support alignment between SEO activities and broader marketing campaigns and business priorities

 JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Exposure to B2B marketing, telecom, fintech, or technology sectors
• Understanding of content strategy and buyer intent mapping
• Interest in AI-driven search, AEO, or emerging digital marketing trends
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website structures
