The Job:

As a Banquet Bartender you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Banquet team proudly showcase our meeting space and food & beverage creations through events that range from business meetings to weddings. The Banquet Bartender is a role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Job Duties:

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beers, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily function sheet.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
• Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" Policies.
• Read and understand all particulars of Banquet Event Orders, including start times and beverage requirements.
• After functions, remove inventory and all beverages equipment to proper storage.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management.
• Respond to the Banquet Captain's instructions and directions.
