High school diploma or equivalent required. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with diverse patients, staff, and providers. Pharmacy technician experience or formal training is preferred. Applicants must hold, or be actively pursuing, an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong organizational skills, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to the mission and values of Lawndale Christian Health Center are essential. Bilingual ability is a plus.
