We are seeking a housekeeper to work with the maintenance staff to ensure smooth transition on turnovers and to maintain a clean and neat appearance of all common areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Vacant apartment prep
· Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, to include but not limited to appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures
2. Janitorial
· Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily
3. Other duties as assigned
· Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
