### About Layers. Layers is building a new kind of diagnostic clinic - a place where you get a real read on your health (body composition, bloodwork, facial analysis, and more) in an experience that feels nothing like a doctor's office. We run our own clinics, and we build the software that runs them: booking, intake, results, scheduling, patient records, and the internal tools our staff live in. Almost everything about how a clinic works well comes back to the product.

If you're excited about operating like a founder, building software that runs a real physical business, and shaping a high-caliber engineering culture from the start, we'd love to work with you. ### In this role, you will... * Build full-stack features (web + app) across the whole patient journey - booking, intake, results, and the internal tools that run the clinic * Ship AI-powered workflows that turn health data into something clear and actionable for patients and staff * Work directly with patients and clinic staff to understand their pain and shape the roadmap * Own projects end to end, from product design to infrastructure, moving quickly and responsibly * Lay down core architecture and help scale the platform as we open more clinics ### You might be a fit if... * You love working fast, shipping often, and improving based on real user feedback * You have strong fundamentals and write clean, efficient code * You’re excited by the idea of building software that controls and interacts with physical devices in the real world * You care about product quality and have an eye for good UX (even if you’re not a designer) * You thrive in high-ownership environments and don’t wait around for permission * You’re based in SF (or open to relocating) and want to be part of an in-person, high-trust team
