As one of our trusted installation partners, you'll install high-quality residential roofing systems while working alongside an experienced project management team committed to your success.
What You'll Do
- Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Maintain strict compliance with all current OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices.
- Work closely with our Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
To be considered, your crew must have:
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance
- Current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- A reliable truck and all necessary roofing tools and equipment
- Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Altoona
- Commitment to OSHA compliance and safe work practices
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Saturdays and Sundays needed (mandatory during peak production)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of roofing management experience
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area (up to 90%)
