As our Director of Financial Accounting, you'll partner closely with the Vice President, Finance & Analytics to lead key accounting operations across the organization. You'll oversee a talented corporate accounting team, guide critical financial processes, ensure reporting excellence, and help shape financial strategies that support our mission and growth.

✔️ 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting
⭐ Preferred: Healthcare accounting experience and public accounting experience
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
⭐ Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting
⭐ CPA strongly preferred
✅ Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
✅ Experience leading financial close and accounting operations
✅ Strong relationship management skills, including working with external auditors
✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
✅ Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate it clearly
✅ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
✅ Strong project management and organizational skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
