Life Extension is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive wholesale growth across Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In this role, you'll partner with retail, practitioner, and e-commerce customers to expand market presence, increase sales, and promote industry-leading nutritional supplements backed by scientific research.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll serve as the face of the Life Extension brand throughout your territory by:

• Growing revenue and expanding market share within existing wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with retail stores, health food retailers, supplement providers, healthcare practitioners, and e-commerce partners.
• Developing account-specific pricing, promotional, and discount strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Delivering product education, training, marketing support, and brand resources to customers.
• Conducting frequent in-person account visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to effectively position Life Extension products.
• Participating in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborating with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support regional business objectives.
• Managing regional budgets, forecasts, and promotional investments responsibly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field sales and account management experience within the nutraceutical, supplement, or health and wellness industry
• Experience working with vitamin retailers, health food stores, specialty retail accounts, or related channels strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory (approximately 4+ days per week)
• Ability to travel by air as needed for trade shows, meetings, and company events
