CDL Class A OTR

Position Summary:

Leachate Express is looking for qualified CDL Class A OTR truck drivers to become part of an excellent team. This is a great opportunity to continue your career with one of Midwest's best logistics companies. Route/Activity – Drivers are responsible for delivering product to customers on time. Complete vendor back-hauls as directed. OTR/Regional routes. Competitive weekly pay and optional to work on weekends Compensation – Weekly pay, W2 or 1099 (making up to $1,700 per week), after first 90 days of employment: Benefit package (Medical, vision, dental and long list of Employee discounts and rewards).

After first 90 days, 15 paid days off (between PTO, vacation, sick days and holidays)

Responsibilities:

-Maintain driver logs according to I.C.C/DOT regulations. -Compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training, and customer service. -Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines. -Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles before and after route.

Qualifications:

-CDL Class A -2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 5 years required -2 years DMV/MVR record with 2 or less moving violations -Dealing with people skills, reliable and customer oriented, and ability to work independently required -Complete employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and DOT physical and drug screening.
