With more than 100 employees our team proudly serves some of the world's largest companies.<br><br>We are looking for someone with a background in engineering leadership who can help lead our team through the next phase of product growth.<br><br><strong>What you will do as an engineering manager:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Manage and grow our Engineering team</li><li>Provide mentorship, professional guidance, and regular feedback to Leadgenius engineers</li><li>Build Leadgenius’ engineering culture, organization, and hiring process</li><li>Facilitate technical architecture discussions that shape the long term foundation of our digital products</li><li>Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to help define product roadmaps that prioritize solutions to core business problems</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What you bring:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Management or leadership experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment</li><li>Experience working with large data sets and integrations</li><li>An empathetic approach to and passion for solving customer problems</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Previous individual contributor (IC) experience using Django with large data sets and knowledge of technical best practices<br><br></li></ul>
