<br></strong>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 3+ years’ post qualification experience to join our fast-growing company as Finance Manager in a Controllership role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, implementing robust financial controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.<br><br><strong>The charter for this role will include:<br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.</p></li><li><p>Implement proper day-to-day accounting process per the accounting standards.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of monthly cross charge among group companies and ensure compliance of transfer pricing.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of intangible capitalization workings on a monthly and YTD basis o Ensure revenue accrual & assurance and cost accrual with back up workings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities and managing audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure financial hygiene, perform ageing review, ensure recoverability of assets and prudence for liability and accruals.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, highlighting any discrepancies or variances.</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular checks to identify and mitigate financial risks.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring monthly tax compliance (GST, TDS and other statutes)</p></li><li><p>Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and financial stability.</p></li></ul><div><p><br></p><div><strong>Ideal Persona would:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"><li><p>Be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years post qualification experience. </p></li><li><p>Have proven experience in a similar Controllership or Finance Manager role. </p></li><li><p>Have knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, Income tax and regulatory compliance.</p></li><li><p>Be detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </p></li><li><p>Be proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.</p></li></ul></div>
