User Research Intern

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations, and to contribute to building better products through research-backed insights.<br><br><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:underline;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">The charter for this role will include:</span></div><ul><li><p>Support user research efforts through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and desk research</p></li><li><p>Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data</p></li><li><p>Help identify patterns and user pain points, and present key findings in a clear and structured manner</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to integrate user insights into product improvements</p></li><li><p>Contribute to documentation, reports, and presentations of research findings</p></li><li><p>Stay updated with research trends and user-centric practices.<br><br><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:underline;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">Ideal Persona would:</span><br><br>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field</p></li><li><br><p>Curious about human behavior and passionate about solving user problems</p></li><li><br><p>Exposure to basic research methods such as interviews, usability tests, or surveys (academic or professional)</p></li><li><br><p>Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills</p></li><li><br><p>Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p><br><br><br></p></li></ul>
