We're seeking a compassionate, driven Staff Attorney to join our North Platte office .

What You'll Do As a Staff Attorney, you'll provide direct legal representation to eligible clients in a variety of civil legal matters while serving as a trusted advocate for vulnerable Nebraskans.

Responsibilities include: Evaluating potential cases and determining appropriate representation. Conducting legal research and factual investigations. Drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in hearings, litigation, and appeals as appropriate. Counseling clients on their legal rights, options, and next steps. Collaborating with community partners and participating in outreach and legal education initiatives.
