    • Manage and deliver change initiatives and project work, including “side‑of‑desk” projects, in partnership with Technology and other stakeholders.
    • Own and maintain the relationship with L&G’s LGIM London counterparts, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of standards, and effective cross‑regional delivery.
    • Partner closely with Investment teams, Client teams, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to enhance reporting quality, system reliability, automation, and overall operational scalability.
    • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering; advanced degree in a financial field and/or CFA preferred.
    • Strong mindset focused on improving efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation.
    • Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem‑solving skills, and a high attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
    • 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
    • Solid understanding of capital markets and the investment management industry, experience in fixed income preferable.
    • Strong understanding of performance measurement methodologies and attribution models.
    • Proven experience with performance calculations across asset classes and strategies.
    • Familiarity with client reporting delivery within an investment management organization.
    • Intellectually curious and intuitive, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives concurrently.
    • Self‑confident leader capable of operating independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and global stakeholders.
    • Highly proactive and client‑focused, with a strong commitment to meeting internal and external deliverables and deadlines.
    • Strong individual initiative with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive work forward.
