Are you excited by leading people in a technical environment while strengthening quality excellence and standards across manufacturing processes?

Then bring your experience in quality assurance, people leadership, and technical problem-solving into play, and help shape the future Processing and Assembly setup across the LEGO Group.

    Core Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, QEHS Processing, you will lead the QEHS Processing function at our Kladno production site, helping ensure safe products, premium quality, and effective manufacturing processes while supporting the builders of tomorrow. The team consists of 16 skilled colleagues, including Quality Engineers, Quality Specialists, and Technicians covering all shifts. More specifically, you will:

    • Lead the Processing QEHS team, developing capabilities, building a skilled organization, and setting direction for quality performance.

    • Ensure safe products and premium quality by maintaining effective QA processes, inspection methods, and Integrated Management System standards.

    • Partner with Manufacturing teams and R&D Processing in Denmark to prevent quality risks through early involvement, advanced quality tools, and design-for-manufacturing principles.

    • Drive rapid containment, root-cause problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce non-conformities and optimize operational costs.

    • Contribute as a member of the QEHS Leadership Team, supporting audits, sharing best practices across sites, strengthening EHS culture, and harmonizing global standards.

Play your part in our team succeeding

The QEHS department is committed to ensuring an exceptional quality and EHS culture across our manufacturing operations. Through operational excellence, we help deliver safe, premium-quality products every day.

The department consists of three sub-teams, and you will lead the QEHS Processing team. We combine quality excellence with a strong focus on people leadership. We are a high-performing team guided by trust, respect, commitment, development, and fun. We continuously improve and believe great teams achieve more together!

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a blend of people leadership, technical understanding, and quality-focused decision-making, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across a manufacturing environment. Personal dedication, inspiring leadership, and sound judgement are at the heart of success in this role. You take ownership because you believe in what you do, motivate others through clear communication and coaching, and make balanced decisions with the consumer always in mind. Furthermore, you bring:

    • Experience leading and motivating teams, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally within Processing and Assembly operations.

    • A leadership approach built on clear communication, coaching, and motivating teams to perform and grow.

    • Sound judgement with a strong consumer focus, ensuring quality and product safety decisions are made through the eyes of the consumer.

    • A technical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to quality improvement.

    • Experience building relationships and collaborating across Manufacturing, R&D, and leadership teams.

    • Proficiency in both Czech and English, written and verbal.

It will be an advantage if you have:

    • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality management certifications, or advanced quality tools.
