About the role
As our Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll help define how shoppers experience LEGO® products across future retail concepts. You'll lead visual merchandising strategy for new store formats, shaping store flow, product storytelling, shopper communication and experience activation. Working across Retail Design & Development, Retail Planning & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing Communications, Digital & Shopper Product, and Retail Experience & Marketing teams, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the LEGO Group's retail business.
Please not that this role is based in our Copenhagen HUB and no relocation assistance is offered.

What success looks like
You'll become a trusted leader in defining visual merchandising principles for future retail concepts while helping ensure commercial and experience metrics are achieved. Over time, your impact will be seen through stronger shopper storytelling, scalable execution frameworks and innovative retail experiences that support continued LEGO Retail expansion. You'll work closely with leaders and specialists across Retail Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing and Digital teams to make that vision a reality.
