The Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of LV/MV switchgear products and solutions by identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves working closely with consultants, EPC contractors, panel builders, OEMs, distributors, and end-users to promote the company's switchgear portfolio.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
Develop relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and end customers.
Drive sales of switchgear products including ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, Protection Relays, Busbar Systems, and Power Distribution Solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate technical-commercial solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
