    About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to step away from purely commercial drivers and instead focus on meaningful legal work that directly benefits Nottingham and its communities as a Solicitor (Commercial Property & Conveyancing).

If you’re looking for purpose, balance and impact, this role offers all three.

    Your work will include:

    • Residential conveyancing, including acquisitions and disposals (including Right to Buy)
    • Commercial property and landlord & tenant work
    • Development and regeneration projects
    • General estates matters

You’ll also play a key role in supporting and supervising junior colleagues, contributing to the development of the team.

    ·         Experience in residential conveyancing

    ·         Experience across commercial property matters, including leases and acquisitions

    ·         Ability to manage complex legal matters independently

    ·         understanding of local government or public sector context (or transferable experience)
