Site Ac Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QC Site Supervisor to support site quality inspections, prepare inspection reports, and coordinate with contractors to ensure HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections for HVAC installations.
• Prepare and submit site inspection reports with observations and recommendations.
• Verify installation quality as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors to rectify quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and quality documentation.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, and site documentation.
• Report site progress and quality concerns to the QC Manager.

• Troubleshooting of A/c equipment
• Commissioning assistance
• Technical support
• Warranty claim assistance
• Spares assistance.
• Commissioning of mega condensing and fresh air units.
• Extending technical support to the customers for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of A/c equipment
• Technical evaluation of products and components of A/c to issue the new one under warranty.
• Providing compatibility spares and technical support to the sales executive for selling the A/c equipment spare parts.
• Identifying and reporting technical faults of shipments for factory reimbursement.
