To support the MEP project team by providing technical expertise and coordination in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout all phases of the project — from design review and coordination to execution and commissioning.
- Review MEP drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other disciplines for MEP integration.
- Provide technical support and solutions to site execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and report any technical issues to the MEP Manager.
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating technical specifications of MEP materials.
- Coordinate and follow up on MEP subcontractor activities and progress.
- Attend technical and coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Support testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure implementation of approved method statements and ITPs.
- Maintain proper documentation of all technical submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
