Lennox AES is currently searching for a responsible Commercial Field Measurement Specialist to oversee field verification, site documentation, issue resolution support, and sales/engineering coordination for the State of Texas.
This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing by gathering accurate field data necessary for commercial HVAC equipment replacements, retrofit projects, and field issue resolution.
Commercial Field Measurement Specialist performs site visits to capture equipment dimensions, document existing conditions, identify installation constraints, and provide detailed reports that support project design and execution. Successful candidates combine technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, customer-facing professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure projects are accurately scoped and efficiently delivered.

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $58,000 - $78,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
