What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage clerical and administrative responsibilities with high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint and MS Office skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,000 to $85,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
