Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager in our Copenhagen office, you’ll target, onboard, and support the leading online health and fitness coaches across the globe to achieve lasting success. What you’ll do

• Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
• Guiding Health Coaches: Act as a strategic commercial partner to a portfolio of 15-20 coaches through weekly meetings, daily calls and actionable growth plans.
• Enabling Business Growth: Develop brand positioning, content plans, campaigns, and go-to-market activities together with coaches and internal marketing teams.
• Building Partnerships: Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator and creates a safe space for difficult conversations to happen.
• Ensuring Quality Excellence: Maintain accurate, timely pipeline and portfolio data in the CRM, including next steps, commercial forecasts, risks, and opportunities. This role rewards strong prioritisation and ownership and may occasionally require flexibility outside standard working hours.

• You embrace the coach mindset and provide candid and constructive feedback delivered with clarity and compassion. When receiving feedback you listen with curiosity, learn from past mistakes and always strive to improve yourself.
• You’re fluent in English and Danish.

Your first 90 days

Days 1-30: Learn & Connect

• You’ll spend the majority of your time being onboarded into our product and commercial processes. By shadowing core workflows you’ll build a solid understanding of the coach lifecycle, team targets, CRM standards, and internal offerings. Lastly, you’ll build relationships with your colleagues and key collaborators and agree on a personal ramp-up plan with your Team Lead.

Days 31-60: Begin Owning

• You’ll take ownership of an initial coach portfolio and prospect pipeline, while beginning to have your first coach meetings with the support of a colleague. You’ll document growth plans and next steps and have signed your first 2 coaches on your own. You’re steadily integrating into the Lenus work culture and begin to foster real connections with the people around you.

Days 61-90: Operate Independently

• By this point, you’re ready to independently manage your portfolio and weekly priorities, while maintaining a qualified pipeline leading you to sign 2 new coaches per month. You have a good grasp of our business model and use data effectively to create growth forecasts and present portfolio overviews. You’re now an integrated part of our community and partake in local events, breakfasts and sports activities together with your colleagues.
