Please note, as this role involves driving as part of the day-to-day responsibilities, applicants will need to hold a full, valid UK manual driving licence.

Our Bradbury House service supports adults with complex physical disabilities. Your working hours

We offer part-time hours. You must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.

You will be working 26 hours-per-week across 5 days.

What you’ll do
• Plan, organise, and deliver social and recreational activities that enhance daily living
• Support customers to explore new hobbies, interests, and outings
• Act as escort/driver for outings when required
• Work with volunteers and other team members to ensure inclusive, person-centred experiences
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing for each customer

What helps you shine here
• Experience in activities or social care roles, supporting people with disabilities
• Level 2 Activities qualification (or working towards) advantageous
• Full, clean driving licence if driving is required
• Flexible, creative, and compassionate approach
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
