Leonard Cheshire is introducing Sona, a new digital system that will make everyday tasks such as HR records, rostering, timesheets, approvals and payroll simpler and more efficient. We’re looking for practical, people-focused System Implementation Trainers to help services across England feel confident with this change.
You’ll train and support managers, team leaders, nurses and frontline colleagues to use Sona confidently in their day-to-day work. Full training will be provided, so previous system implementation experience is not essential — what matters most is your communication style, confidence with technology and ability to support people through change.
This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, with flexibility for early starts or later finishes when needed. You’ll travel across services in England and should be comfortable staying away from home for up to four nights per week. Mileage, hotel accommodation and evening meals will be covered in line with policy.
